Safeguarding and Wellbeing

CCT is fully committed to safeguarding children, young people, and adults at risk. We operate robust safeguarding and whistleblowing arrangements, ensure all staff are appropriately trained and vetted, and work closely with local authorities and partner agencies. We promote a culture where concerns can be raised without fear, and where the welfare of service users always comes first.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
We are committed to providing an inclusive service that respects the diverse backgrounds, cultures, faiths, and identities of the people we serve and employ. Discrimination, harassment, and prejudice are not tolerated. We actively promote equality of access, fair treatment, and culturally sensitive care.

Quality and Continuous Improvement
CCT is dedicated to delivering high-quality, dependable services and to learning from feedback, incidents, and concerns. We use this learning to improve practice, strengthen safety, and enhance the experience of passengers and staff.
